Our Cancellation & Commitment Policy

At Ladybug Arts, we run like a family business and trust our community—which is why we don't require tuition upfront when you register! Because we limit our class sizes and plan scripts and materials for each child, we ask for that same trust in return.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the first day of class. If you drop out after this date, you will still be responsible for a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the program tuition to help us cover upfront costs and materials. Thank you for helping us keep our programs sustainable and magical for our performers!
